Shipping Rates
The same flat rate applies to every destination, whether your order ships within the U.S. or internationally:

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Delivery Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your prescription is verified. Shipping then takes 10–14 business days to arrive, for both domestic and international destinations.
Total estimated delivery: 10–14 business days from order date.
Please note: prescription lenses are made to order, so processing time can be slightly longer for high-index or specialty lens types. For international orders, customs clearance may occasionally add a few days.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in your order total or shipping cost, and we're unable to predict or cover them.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Can't find your tracking email? Check your spam folder first, then reach out to us at support@primeparticle.com — we'll resend it right away.
Shipping Method
We carefully package every order in protective casing and ship via trusted couriers to ensure your glasses arrive in perfect condition. The carrier is selected based on your destination and delivery speed.
Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to return your glasses if they're not quite right. Returns must meet the conditions outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
If your return is approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method or offer an exchange of equal value.
When Things Go Wrong
If your package is damaged in transit, lost, or delayed due to our error, we'll make it right — at no cost to you. Just contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We can't be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Carrier delays beyond our control (weather, holidays, customs, etc.)
- Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability
- Customs processing or import restrictions in the destination country
