| Right and left eye | OD is your right eye; OS is your left. Enter the values for each eye separately. |
| SPH, CYL & AXIS | Copy the values and plus or minus signs exactly as written on your prescription. Include the axis when cylinder correction is prescribed. |
| Distance PD | Use your measured distance pupillary distance in millimetres. Select Single PD for one combined value or Dual PD for separate right and left values. Do not estimate. |
| ADD for progressives | Enter the ADD value provided by your eye care professional when ordering progressive lenses. |

Attach your prescription frame
Your lenses arrive fitted. Follow Rokid’s guide to attach the magnetic inserts yourself.
Fit the magnetic inserts
- Check the sides and orientationConfirm that you have Rokid Glasses. Identify the left and right clips, and check which way each faces.
- Align with the inside slotHold the clip by its top and bottom edges. Align it with the slot near the nose pad, as shown in Rokid’s video.
- Attach and check the fitInsert the clip and let the magnets seat it. Repeat on the other side and check that both clips are correctly positioned.
Keep the original glasses lenses in place. PrimeParticle supplies the assembled prescription set; fitting it to your device is done by you.

What if I submitted the wrong prescription?
If your order hasn't gone into production, contact us right away to correct it. Once it's being made or completed, options are limited because it's a custom item, but reach out and explain your situation. Please double-check your prescription before ordering to avoid remakes.
Can custom lenses be returned or exchanged?
Custom prescription lenses are made to order for your specific prescription, so they can't be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons such as a wrong prescription submitted or a change of mind. If there's a quality problem such as a production error or workmanship defect, we'll remake or replace them. If you have a special situation, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Are the device and lenses shipped together?
The Rokid Glasses (the AR device) are shipped directly by Rokid. We supply only the matching custom prescription lenses, and the two ship separately.
