Are the glasses and lenses shipped together?
This listing is for Rokid AI Glasses Style lenses only. The glasses must be purchased separately. PrimeParticle ships your custom lenses; Rokid or your retailer handles the glasses order and shipment.
What prescription details do I need?
For prescription lenses, have your prescription and pupillary distance (PD) ready. Enter SPH, CYL and AXIS exactly as shown on your prescription, including the plus or minus signs. Progressive lenses also require ADD information. Requirements vary by lens type, so contact us before ordering if any details are unclear.
How long do production and delivery take?
Production starts after we have all required order and prescription information. Lens production takes an average of 3–5 business days. Complex orders, such as progressive lenses or custom tints, may need an additional 2–3 business days.
Transit time depends on the destination and starts after dispatch. It is separate from order review and lens production. See our shipping policy for regional delivery estimates.
Can I cancel my order or change my details?
You can cancel your order or update your order details within 24 hours of placing it. Contact us within that time with your order number and the changes you need. Requests after 24 hours are subject to our cancellation policy and may incur fees.
What if I need help installing the lenses?
You will fit the lenses to your glasses yourself; PrimeParticle does not provide an installation service. Follow Rokid’s installation video for your model. If you are unsure about the process or the fit, contact us before continuing.
Can custom lenses be returned or exchanged?
Custom prescription lenses are made to order. We cannot accept returns or refunds for incorrect prescription details submitted by you or for a change of mind.
If we made an error or the lenses have a manufacturing defect, we will remake and reship the correct lenses at no charge. Contact us with your order number and a photo if the issue is visible.
